Esko Pre-Press Systems - We possess a superior Pre-Press department since our employees are trained by Esko. This gives us a distinct edge over our competitors. Our Pre-Press department includes PC and MAC technicians working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to aid our clients in getting their card designs to press as quickly as possible.

Press - Our plant boasts the best brands in printing press technology. Our monthly printing capacity is a little over 2 million decks, thus assuring prompt delivery of ordered goods. Our press machinery comprises of:

1 KBA 6-colour press with inline coating for printing metallic and plastic surfaces

2 Heidelberg 6-colour presses with inline coating

1 Mitsubishi 5-colour press

1 Heidelberg 4-colour press

1 Heidelberg 2-colour press

2 Roland 2-colour presses

Coatings - Coatings are a vital component of playing card production. Our team is constantly experimenting with various creative options for coatings available today. We utilize:

a. High-speed offline and online coaters for UV and aqueous-based coatings

b. Billhofer Coating Systems

We offer an appropriate range of Coatings for our clients.

Finishing - Our finishing department has in-house facilities to provide various services such as UV and water-based coatings, glossy and matt lamination, window lamination, embossing, foil stamping, corrugation and window patching. Our production systems involve the individual die-punching of each card. We also use Blumer Punching machines where the counter-pressure mechanism guarantees 100% accuracy, every time. Our cards are packed in attractive cartons in a variety of finishes.
